Fiona Hathorn (CEO Women on Boards)
iWin is committed to providing learning and networking opportunities to prepare women to take on new challenges as preparation for moving into C-Suite roles.
We aim to prepare women from this valuable talent pool for senior positions, building key skills and knowledge. And, from a corporate perspective, we will provide insights for companies on how best to promote, support and encourage their female leaders in their career objectives.
iWIN is pleased to invite you to our December Forum and Networking Event hosted by KPMG and specifically focussing on how to prepare women to take opportunities at C-Suite level.
We are partnering with Women on Boards (WOB) whose aim is to break down the barriers to entry to the boardroom and to build the pipeline of board-ready women. WOB believes that talent and ambition are equally distributed between men and women, and organisations in all sectors should work towards gender balance at Board and leadership level. Fiona Hathorn, Managing Director of WOB will be our speaker.
